Christian Counseling for Working Moms Experiencing Burnout in Texas
Overcome Burnout & Learn to Thrive Again!
Hi, I’m Karen.
As a working mom, I get it!
I juggle multiple things: work, family, faith, and personal needs. However, I have learned to create healthy boundaries so I don’t lose who I am.
As a mental health therapist, I help working moms in Texas navigate anxiety and burnout so they can feel confident, at ease, and thrive again without the stronghold of guilt.
My clients are a lot like you.
They love the Lord, love their families deeply, and work hard to create a better life for the people they care about. But somewhere along the way, they've become exhausted from carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while quietly neglecting their own. They look great on the outside, but are slowly falling apart on the inside.
They wake up already feeling behind. The mental load never seems to stop, and the to-do list is always growing. At work, they're thinking about their kids. At home, they're thinking about work. They're short on patience, running on empty, and wondering why they don't feel like themselves anymore.
Many tell me they feel guilty no matter what they do. Guilty for working. Guilty for resting. Guilty for wanting something for themselves. They miss the woman they used to be before life became one long list of responsibilities. Their marriage feels disconnected, their relationship with God isn't where they'd like it to be, and they're beginning to wonder if this is just what life as a working mom is supposed to feel like.
Here's what I want you to know—it doesn't have to stay this way.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
You deserve to reconnect with the woman God created you to be, not just the roles you fill every day.
Being a Christian mom doesn’t mean you have to suffer in silence.
